- Description
Alloy Steel Telescopic T-Bar
Material: High-quality alloy steel
Dimensions: Extended 62cm, Retracted 33.5cm
Handle Length: 12.1cm
Diameter: 2.8cm
Weight: 950g
1. Opening: Hold the handle with the bar pointing upward. Use wrist strength to swing the bar outward at a wide angle. The strength required for repeated practice can be increased. Because a new bar needs to be adjusted, swing it gently at first and practice with more force. Using brute force will prevent the bar from retracting.
2. Retracting: Hold the bar head vertically downward and strike it firmly under inertia. Normally, the head section will retract first, then the middle section will retract in the same manner. When retracting a new bar, place a piece of cardboard under it to prevent excessive damage to the bar head.
Note: Telescopic T-Bars require a firm impact to retract. Retracting on a book or soft wooden surface will be difficult. It is recommended to retract the bar by hitting it against a concrete floor.
